TSM Boosts Efficiency and Capability Through Strategic Investments in Plant, Fleet, and Facilities
Total Specialist Maintenance have further enhanced our service capabilities with the acquisition of new state-of-the-art coating equipment – the latest in a series of investments in plant, fleet and facilities completed over the past few months.
The Graco H-XP2 Reactor proportioning system delivers high-output, high-pressure spraying for polyurea and other advanced coating materials, applying up to approximately 5.7 litres per minute under high pressures — ideal for large-scale and high-performance applications. Its robust hydraulic design increases daily productivity and reliability, reducing downtime between maintenance cycles and offering long service life. With advanced control technology, real-time system monitoring, data tracking and troubleshooting are simplified, helping our teams maintain optimal performance on every job.
Supporting this capability, TSM has also invested in a Stephill 47 kVA trailer-mounted generator, providing a reliable and mobile source of three-phase power for demanding site operations. This medium-capacity generator enables our teams to operate efficiently in remote locations or during early project phases where mains power is unavailable or impractical. It is particularly valuable for supporting high-load equipment such as spray systems, ensuring consistent performance and minimising disruption across projects.r adipiscing elit. TSM also recently invested in the latest hydro demolition technology from Calder. This cutting-edge plant enables targeted and controlled concrete removal — a cleaner, safer alternative to traditional methods — preserving sound structures while preparing substrates for repair. The technology reduces dust and vibration and delivers superior surface profiles for enhanced adhesion on remediation works.
Warehouse and Facilities Upgrades
To support the work of our site teams, TSM’s Nottingham HQ has also benefited from some major investment. Our warehouse has undergone a significant transformation, including new insulation, a modern heating system, and advanced temperature controls. These upgrades create a safer, more efficient working environment, safeguard sensitive materials, and reduce operating costs. The improvements support our supply chain partners and give us the capacity to respond swiftly to project demands.
Head Office Refurbishment
Our head office has also received a contemporary makeover, including a newly refurbished reception area overseen by Suzanne Saynor, our Head of Commercial Development. Featuring a comfortable lounge and fresh, contemporary design, the space now provides a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike. Special thanks to Hardy Signs for delivering exceptional signage.
Innovative Safety Technology
Earlier in 2025, we invested in the MSA Galaxy GX2 automated gas monitor calibration system, enhancing our safety protocols and ensuring reliable performance of gas monitoring equipment across projects. This advanced calibration system improves accuracy, efficiency and asset management of gas safety equipment, helping protect our teams and maintain compliance with safety standards.
These strategic investments reflect TSM’s commitment to efficiency, safety, and quality, equipping our teams with the tools, facilities and environment they need to deliver outstanding results. By continually upgrading our capabilities, we ensure that every project benefits from the latest technology and the highest standards of service.
