Dealing with people all across the country and assisting our team.

Working with an excellent and friendly team, many of which I have known over 10 years.

I have 2 x Black Belts in different styles, 2nd Dan in Kickboxing, 1st Dan in Shotokan Karate. I am also a member of the KickboxUK Coaching Team.

The ever rapidly changing environment that keeps my mind busy! I like how unique every project is and how every day is a lesson.

Joining TSM feels like joining a family. It’s an exciting, fast-moving environment where challenges are met with teamwork rather than stress. I’m proud to be part of our positive culture and can’t wait for what’s next.

I make furniture and enjoy bench joinery in my workshop and 3d printing where I utilise my CAD skills to create 3d models.

My Great Aunt is an Irish Nun who loves watching horror movies.

Its all still pretty new to me so finding out the ‘behind the scenes’ work that goes into keeping things going that you never realise as a member of the public.

Staff nights out to catch up with everyone and see what they have been up to.

In my previous work life as a beauty therapist I was known as the fastest waxer in East Midlands!!

I’m new here, but it already feels like family. Everyone pulls together with the same goal — to do great work, take pride in what we do, and drive the business forward.

I’ve been published twice — first (many moons ago!) on the front cover of the Radio Times after flying in a microlight at age eight, and more recently for a technical paper on my involvement with waterproofing the record-breaking Çanakkale Bridge.
