Central to our company’s philosophy and success are Health & Safety, Quality and the Environment.
Total specialist maintenance are Builders Profile, CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor and SMAS accredited and are currently working towards ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety as it replaces the current standard, ISO 18001. We are also working to obtain RISQS & UVDB Achilles in the next couple months.
The nature of much of our work is such that we have close contact with other trades client’s staff and the public, for example, Construction site, rail sites, social housing residential and repair projects. To continue to work safely in such close proximity it is imperative that when working in ‘live environments’, we implement the correct procedures and systems to ensure that both our own workforce, our client’s employees/ sub-contractors and the public at large are safely protected during our works.
