TSM have further strengthened our team with the appointment of Jack Rowe as our new Contracts Manager.
Jack joins the business with a strong background in the construction industry, bringing a combination of hands-on site experience, project leadership, and commercial expertise that will support TSM’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality specialist services.
A career built from the ground up
Jack’s journey in construction began at an early age, working on site alongside his father from the age of 14. This early exposure gave him a practical understanding of site operations, trades, health and safety, and the realities of delivering work in live environments.
He progressed through a range of regional and national contractors, moving from site-based roles into supervisory and management positions. Over the years, Jack has gained extensive experience in programme planning and coordination, site and subcontractor management, quality assurance, and health, safety, and environmental compliance. He is also highly skilled in preparing method statements and risk assessments, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently while meeting client expectations.
Project management and commercial expertise
In recent years, Jack has focused on project management and contracts leadership roles with both specialist and main contractors. In these positions, he has honed his commercial skills, including contract administration, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and supply chain management. He has extensive experience managing variations, valuations, and final accounts, as well as supporting tendering and bid documentation. Leading multi-disciplinary project teams, Jack has developed a strong understanding of how technical delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction intersect to deliver successful outcomes.
As a specialist contractor delivering structural repair, waterproofing, stabilisation, concrete repair, resin flooring, and protective works, TSM prides itself on technical excellence, reliability, and client-focused delivery. Jack’s broad experience, spanning hands-on site work to commercial and contracts management, will strengthen TSM’s capability to manage complex projects while supporting clients and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
