Total Specialist Maintenance (TSM) are delighted to announce four new appointments as we continue our ongoing expansion and increase our capacity to serve clients across civil engineering and groundworks.
James Jannetta has joined TSM as Contracts Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise gained across 17 years in the construction industry, including Estimator and Surveyor roles with building suppliers and waterproofing contractors. James will oversee multiple contracts from tender through to handover, aligning programmes, budgets and quality standards. He’ll lead stakeholder communication, drive safe, compliant delivery, and ensure each package is executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
We’re also excited to welcome Adrian Carr to the role of Works Delivery Manager. Adrian has wide-ranging experience across 42 years in construction, including Contracts Manager, Operations Manager and Technical Manager roles. Adrian will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of works across sites, sequencing resources, tracking progress against programme, and resolving issues quickly. Working closely with project managers, engineers and procurement, he’ll make sure materials, plant and people are in the right place at the right time while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Working alongside Adrian will be Oliver Rose, our new Works Manager. Oliver arrives with eight years of experience as a Site Manager overseeing concrete repairs, internal and external and civil engineering, including successful roles with Tier 1 contractors. He will be responsible for ensuring all site operations run smoothly, safely, on time, and within budget. Oliver’s role spans planning and coordination, supervising on-site activities, monitoring daily output, and optimising production efficiency. He will oversee quality control, enforce health and safety compliance, manage teams of supervisors and operatives, and control operational costs. By liaising closely with suppliers, contractors, and clients, Oliver will ensure the seamless delivery of projects to the highest standards.
David Fortnum is TSM’s fourth key appointment, joining our team as a Site Supervisor. Across 43 years in construction, David has a proven track record in various roles including Site Agent, Services Project Support Manager and Contracts Manager. He has extensive experience working for Tier 1 contractors. David will manage day-to-day operations on site, supervising teams and subcontractors to deliver earthworks, drainage, foundations and utilities to specification. His responsibilities include maintaining a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and inspections, managing site logistics, coordinating with engineers to resolve issues promptly, and ensuring all work meets our quality standards.
