Total Specialist Maintenance (TSM) have appointed Suzanne Saynor as Head of Commercial Development to play a key role in the ongoing expansion of our business across a wide range of construction sectors.
With over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and commercial strategy across the construction industry, Suzanne has a proven track record in driving growth, managing profit and loss, and building and leading high-performing sales teams. Her career spans senior roles in international sales, specification management, and commercial leadership, with expertise in heavy-side civils, building products, structural waterproofing, and expansion joints.
At TSM, Suzanne will lead the company’s commercial development strategy, focusing on strengthening client partnerships, growing the business with direct clients, identifying new market opportunities, and aligning sales delivery with long-term business growth. She will oversee the development of TSM’s business across its diverse portfolio of specialist services including structural repair, waterproofing, strengthening, ground stabilisation, refurbishment and protection of civil and building structures.
